Integration of CARL Source CMMS at Tecelys
As part of the creation of its new public transport authority, Tecelys needed to quickly set up a maintenance organisation capable of guaranteeing continuity of service from the moment operations began.

The context
Tecelys is the public transport authority for Greater Avignon. It operates a network comprising dozens of bus routes, tram lines and numerous fixed and linear installations.
The creation of this new structure involved a complete takeover of maintenance activities, in a complex technical environment with high requirements in terms of equipment availability.
From the outset, the authority had to be able to efficiently manage the maintenance of its entire asset base without a prolonged transition phase.

The CMMS project had a particularly tight schedule. The solution had to be operational from the start of operations, while being sufficiently structured to support the ramp-up of the teams.
Beyond the technical deployment, there was also a human challenge: enabling rapid adoption by the maintenance teams, particularly through mobile use and simplified processes.
The availability of equipment was a key criterion for guaranteeing the quality of service expected by users.
