Change management. Yes, but what for ?
Deploying a new Maintenance Management solution necessarily involves supporting your users to help them get to grips with the new business tool.
However, the overall challenges faced by our customers as part of their project involve more profound changes than simply learning a new software package. Whatever the software, the aim is to support a genuine transformation of day-to-day practices in order to meet the expectations of your business users.
ELAZUR has created an approach that is entirely focused on supporting end-users so that they take ownership of new uses, both in terms of business practices and the software package that supports them.

Our convictions
At ELAZUR, we firmly believe that appropriating new uses means acquiring, reinforcing or modifying knowledge. However, knowledge acquisition is a particularly complex subject that depends on many factors (collective and personal culture, context, experience, organisation, etc.). Given this complexity and diversity, we believe it is essential to keep a few guiding principles in mind throughout the process.

Why choose ELAZUR to support you?
3 key success factors:
Change management support ensure the highest possible level of user buy-in
This buy-in is the best guarantee of long-term success. It is acquired over time and therefore requires a long-term approach, taking into account the entire software life cycle. It must aim to mobilise all the players, including management, whose commitment is key.
The ELAZUR team's business expertise
TheKnowledge of the project team’s business lines and tools is vital. It provides an overall understanding of the issues and helps to combine speed and relevance in the actions taken.
The digital academy: an innovative solution
In addition to traditional face-to-face training, a digital academy offers users an environment where they can find everything they need to improve their day-to-day use of software.
Above all, it offers content based on learning by doing, including hyper-realistic simulation of your software. Everyone will be able to use the functionalities of their business software to deal with a specific use case that they encounter in their day-to-day work.
Last but not least, this digital academy will enable you to create a training programme for users. while at the same time training reference persons. This training will be delivered through blended learning, combining face-to-face and digital training.

The concept
Learning is a challenge: how do we learn? when do we learn? Is it universal? What tools do we have at our disposal? The process of acquiring knowledge varies enormously from one person to another. For the same individual, it can even vary over time.
The digital academy is a comprehensive product designed to meet this challenge, which is a source of value for the company.
The key for a digital academy is to be able to present learning content in multiple forms and therefore to combine as many solutions as possible.
It is based on our 4 principles outlined above.
In practice
What technologies do we use?
The more interactive a module, the more engaging it is for the learner. In tool training, more than in any other training, it is essential to be able to manipulate the tool to integrate its structure, depth, and details… And also to project oneself into the business use case that will be faced in reality.
The learners have to solve a business use case by carrying out the same operations as in the target application. By having the impression of being in the real application, the learner moves around, navigates and acts with a certain freedom of action and navigation. They enrich their Self-Service experience and gain a better understanding of the benefits they can derive from it through various simulations.
Digital Academy
Hyper-realistic simulation
A simulator can be used to create an interface identical to the original software with identical behaviour, but with a different database. In this way, simulation enables training content to be created more economically than a simulated training environment or school base.
The application simulator involves immersing the user in the application through a business use case. Users will learn to search for and find the information they need to make the best decisions and acquire the right reflexes. This hands-on approach makes it easier for users to take ownership of the application, because they can use it in exactly the same way as they will later, unlike traditional solutions.
